Simple pricing
The mobile travel fee varies based on distance, appointment location, and requested appointment time. It is separate from the notarial fee, is not required by law, and will be disclosed and agreed upon before travel. Additional services are also quoted in advance.

No. Dona is not an attorney and cannot provide legal advice, choose documents for you, or prepare legal documents. Please contact a licensed attorney if you need legal guidance.
The signer must appear in person, present acceptable identification, understand the document, and sign willingly. The document should be complete before the appointment, except for the signature and notarial certificate.
Dona can arrange one document witness for an additional fee when requested in advance. Witness eligibility depends on the document, and clients are responsible for confirming how many qualified witnesses their document requires.
Appointments canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time receive a full refund of any prepaid amount. If Dona is already en route when the appointment is canceled, a fee equal to half of the applicable travel fee will be charged.
Yes. Appointments are available by request during evenings, overnight hours, weekends, and holidays. The mobile travel fee is quoted based on distance, appointment location, and requested time. All fees are explained and agreed upon before Dona travels.
Appointments outside the standard service area may be considered depending on availability. Additional travel charges will be quoted and agreed upon in advance.
Cash, Zelle, and Venmo are currently accepted. Additional payment options may be added later.
