Appointment request information
Information submitted through the Request a Notary form is used to review and respond to your service request. This may include your name, phone number, email address, and any optional appointment details you choose to provide.
Private WordPress backup
A private backup of each submitted request is stored in the WordPress dashboard for business follow-up and recordkeeping. The request is also emailed to Dona, and a confirmation email is sent to the customer.
No sale or marketing sharing
Information submitted through the form is not sold or shared for marketing purposes.
Do not submit highly sensitive information
Do not enter Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, passwords, full identification numbers, or other highly sensitive information in the website form. Documents and IDs should be provided later through an appropriate method or in person when needed.
